  • Ask and get answers to your operational questions

Legal Q&A

After discussing your business challenges from an operational point of view with AZSA board members, Richard Marmor will give a legal point of view.

Richard Marmor, Chair of AZSA's Legal and Legislative Committee and self-storage owner/operator, will help you tackle these and any other legal challenges you face. Wondering how to deal with...

  • Death of a tenant?
  • Problem tenant who is not in foreclosure?
  • Units without leases?
  • Tenant gone to jail?
  • Homeless occupants spending a little too much time on-site?
