Owner/Operator
Membership Type: Owner/Operator
(more than 100 units and/or 10,000 square feet)
Annual Dues: $265 (first facility) + $155 (each additional facility)
Dues include the national Self-Storage Association affiliation and other member benefits
Small Facility Member
Membership Type: Small Facility Operator
(less than 100 units and/or 10,000 square feet)
Also, those entering the industry as Prospective Owners may join under this membership type, and then convert to a regular Owner/Operator membership when their first facility opens.

Dues DO NOT include the national Self-Storage Association member benefits
Associate Member
Membership Type: Associate Member
Associates are vendors to the self-storage industry who want exposure to owner/operators around the state and beyond.
Annual Dues: $390
Dues DO NOT include the national Self-Storage Association member benefits
