Sam is the owner of two self-storage facilities in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona. Last summer Sam completed an expansion of his facility in Pinetop-Lakeside, adding 148 new units. Sam practiced law for 37 years in Phoenix, where his practice was limited to sophisticated real estate transactions. Sam owns five other commercial/retail properties in Sedona. Sam is interested in running for a position on the board to help grow interest in the Arizona Self-Storage Association with other self-storage owners in the White Mountains. Sam Has a B.S. from Brigham Young University, a B.A. from Northern Arizona University and a J.D. from the University of Arizona.
