AZSA eLease License
Digital Lease & Vehicle/Boat Addenda
AZSA Standardized Lease & Vehicle/Boat Addenda in digital format for use with your software to print each lease/addenda as needed. Available in RTF (DOC and DOCX compatible) and PDF formats. Licensing fee of $165 per facility covers unlimited usage of eLease and eVehicle Addendum and includes first calendar year usage fee. After that, $140 annual usage fee payable with AZSA annual dues. Revisions to the eLease are provided to users as they are released.
The New Mexico lease is not longer available as of 12/31/19.
